Wide flutter sleeves stand out from the shoulder. The bodice gathers into a smocked waist that gives with every movement, then opens into a short, tiered skirt with plenty of swing. At the back, a single button keyhole closes at the nape. Wear it with strappy sandals on a warm night out.
