To redeem your VIP points, simply copy your unique VIP membership code and paste it in the discount field when checking out.
What happens to my points if I return items?
Your points balance will show a reduction equal to the points value of the returned merchandise. Exchanges will not affect your VIP account point balance.
How do I get the most out of my VIP membership?
When signing up to become a VIP, we recommend providing your birthday, email, and phone number, as exclusive offers will occur throughout the year that pertains to this information.

If you are having difficulties locating your valid VIP reward(s), please check the spam/clutter folder within the provided email address used when setting up your VIP membership. Do VIP points expire?
Unredeemed VIP points do not expire once credited to your account.
How do I receive free shipping as a VIP?
To receive free shipping on your online order, ensure you are logged into your VIP account when checking out. If you are shipping to a different address than your account has on file, simply add a new address to your account by following these steps: Go to 'My Account' then click 'View Addresses' and add the new address you'd like your order to be delivered to. Free VIP shipping should now be an available shipping method when checking out.
