Our guarantee

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will gladly accept any defective item for full refund or exchange.  Our ultimate objective is satisfying the customer. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers -- our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably; we hope they will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order processing & shipping

Shore orders are processed and shipped within the following business days: Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays). Estimated shipping times does not include the warehouse processing time.

Carrier estimated shipping delivery dates:

  • Standard shipping: 5 to 7 business days
  • Express shipping: 1 to 2 business days

Refunds:

To return your product, you should mail your product to our headquarters 1449 Tallevast Rd Sarasota, FL 34243. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Our policy lasts 30 days. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you when the return has been processed.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Varies depending on your bank)

Exchanges:

It is always best to contact us via email Contactus@shorebrand.com or call our web department at 941-388-3535 to let us know you would like an exchange.  We can then make sure we have the product you would like to exchange it for set aside for you. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded,  sale items are final sale.

Price adjustments

Shore gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full priced merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date if accompanied by original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.    

Return an item from an internationally shipped order (outside of Canada)

Shore gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with tags attached in original packaging purchased by phone or online for full refund or exchange within 45 days of original purchase. Request for full refund or exchange of merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Request to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Orders shipped to customers in the United States may be returned or exchanged in store in U.S. please note refund policy; orders shipped to Canada may only be returned or exchanged my mail. International online purchases please email contactus@shorebrand.com or call 941-388-3535 to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization, which is required to process a return. Please note you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
