Our guarantee

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will gladly accept any defective item for full refund or exchange.

Returns/Exchanges
Our ultimate objective is satisfying the customer. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers -- our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably; we hope they will be fair and reasonable with us as well.  Our policy lasts 30 days. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and receipt. Send in your item(s) using the U.S. return label provided.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you when the return has been processed.
If your item is approved for a return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Varies depending on your bank)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Price adjustments

Shore gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full priced merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date if accompanied by original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.   

 

Return or exchange item by mail

Shore's UPS, FedEx, USPS label provides quick, convenient return service.

  • This service is available in all 50 United States, and Canada.
  • Please seal the package securely and affix shipping label provided in your shipment to the outside of the box. Also, place original receipt within the box before sealing with secure tape. The shipping label cannot be used for shipments outside the continental US.
  • If you do not have a packing slip/receipt please include the following information with your return:
  1. Your name and billing address
  2. The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
  3. The original purchase price and approximate date of purchase.
  4. Item number of the merchandise.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

 

Return an item from an internationally shipped order (outside of Canada)

Shore gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with tags attached in original packaging purchased by phone or online for full refund or exchange within 45 days of original purchase.request for full refund or exchange of merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Request to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.Orders shipped to customers in the United States may be returned or exchanged in store in U.S. please note refund policy; orders shipped to Canada may only be returned or exchanged my mail. International online purchases please email contactus@shorebrand.com or call 941-388-3535 to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization, which is required to process a return. Please note you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed out to your address.

* If you are shipping an item with a retail value of over $75, and you are not using our provided shipping label you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
